Ibisco - ground floor apartment with sea view

Apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, kitchenette and external porch with garden.

Hibiscus, commonly known as Hibiscus Syriacus, is one of the shrubs that produces some of the most beautiful and colorful flowers that can be admired. For this reason we decided to plant different varieties and dedicate the name of our apartment surrounded by greenery to them.
We are located on the ground floor of the Heart of Ognina. From the two large porches overlooking the garden for exclusive use it is possible to fully enjoy the lush nature, lulled by the sound of the waves of the nearby sea. 
Ibisco was renovated in spring 2023 and, therefore, has all new and certified systems. It is composed of a large eat-in kitchen, a small support kitchenette, two double bedrooms, both equipped with TV and air conditioning, and two bathrooms.

The prices above are per night and up to 4 people.

Cleaning fee per stay: €90

For each animal per stay: €30

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required.
The balance of the total must be paid within the first night in the facility.


Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund of the deposit in case of cancellation of the stay up to 60 days before
of the arrival
- Total retention of the deposit in case of cancellation of the stay within 60 days before arrival
